The aim of the class is to get students acquainted with dynamic yoga posture sequences through ancient Indian stories. Yoga improves concentration and increases body awareness and consequently self-confidence. Muscles will strengthen and become more supple and mind will calm down.

Thursday’s beginners 2 – intermediates class does not require previous experience in yoga, but body awareness from dancing or other forms of exercise is required.
