This fun and versatile class offers a challenge and fun for anyone who wants to develop both their dance skills and physical fitness.
The class begins with choreographed step sequences that help you develop coordination and learn new moves. The classes also focus on muscle training that challenges different parts of the body. This section is designed to improve strength, endurance and body control. The muscle training section is suitable for people of all levels, as the movements can be scaled according to your own fitness and skill level.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy soothing stretches and mobility exercises that help you recover and increase your body’s flexibility. A stretching section of about 20 minutes will give your body a well-deserved relaxation and ensure that you leave the class refreshed and in good balance.
Everyone is welcome in this group – everyone moves at their own pace, in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
Equipment: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, light-soled aerobics or running shoes, and a water bottle.
