Contemporary dance class of care and awareness, looking for natural movement while listening to the body and using contemporary dance techniques. Soft sets of movement take care of the joints and balance the muscles. The lesson (75 min) also includes a voluntary, free improvisation section of approx. 30 min.
The class is especially suitable for people aged 50+, others who want a more peaceful dance class are also welcome.
