Do you love funk, soul, R’n’B, or hip hop? Looking for movement, joy, and a relaxed vibe with great music?

Senior Hip Hop is a low-threshold dance class where you can enjoy rhythm and movement without pressure. The class is designed to improve mobility, strengthen muscles, and—most importantly—lift your spirits! Choreographies are simple and easy to follow, built slowly together. The focus is on the feeling, not perfection.

You’ll dance to groovy tracks from the 60s to today, with moves inspired by soul dance, funk, and hip hop. Routines are practiced over several weeks, so new dancers can easily join in.

Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to activate muscles and wake up the body. Then, you’ll dive into dancing and learning choreography. Sessions end with light stretching and recovery.

Come exactly as you are—age is not a barrier, it’s an advantage!

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes and indoor sneakers with light-colored soles.
