Body conditioning and stretching adds to the elasticity and strength of the muscles. It relaxes, removes tensions from the body and enhances metabolism. The class slowly goes through each muscle group stretching them. The class also includes exercises built to strengthen the core muscles. The goal is to achieve a good muscle balance and a strong and relaxed body.
