A gentle form of dancing. By the help of breathing and authentic, relaxing and comprehensive movements it aims to deepen the awareness of the body. The beginning of the class consists of soft and warming floor technique and the second part of combinations in the style of contemporary dance and Martha Graham. In the end of the class, each dancer can feel free to improvise and to enjoy producing their own movement. Suited for everyone regardless of age or physical condition: all dancers come from their own starting points. Suits also those over 60 years as a soft way to maintain the mobility of the joints and the overall well-being. Classes (75 min) includes extra 30 min improvisation.
