Iyengar yoga

Yoga aims to train both the body and mind. It combines breathing and movement together in an unique way. Through practice the body starts to open up, muscles strengthen and supple and the mind relax and concentrate. Yoga also works as a great body maintenance and presence exercise for f. ex. dancers. Bring your own yoga/gym mattress.
