Floor barre

Floor barre consist mainly of ballet-like movements that strengthen, stretch and mobilize the joints. With the help of the exercises the muscles stay elastic and long. Based on classical ballet, floor barre develops the fluidity of movements and perfects foot technique. For advance dancers floor barre is a great way to condition the body. For beginners it is an excellent way to learn body control. Bring your own yoga/gym mattress.
