If you want to cancel your class/classes or some of your classes, you must do it in writing to the Student Office via email, letter or with the cancellation form below. Teachers can not accept cancellation notifications. The last possible cancellation day for the first period of the summer is 20.5.2024 and for the second period 24.6.2024. If you have paid your classes for the whole semester, you must cancel your class/classes no later than 14 days before the start of the next semester.
Intensive course or camp can be cancelled 7 days before the camp’s/course’s beginning date. When cancelling registration after this, 50 % of the course’s and 25 % of the camp’s tuition is charged. No cancellations on the day the course/camp starts, or after the course/camp has started.
