Ballet

Through barre work the classes work on the basic movements of ballet, the correct position of the body, turn out, strength and flexibility. Also rhythm, musicality and expressional skills are in focus.

Choosing level |  In the summer season, register for the same level as in the year 2024–25, unless you are instructed otherwise by your teacher. However, students who have danced at the Beginners 1 level in 2025 will enroll in the Beginners 2 level in the summer season. See further instructions here.

Pointe technique | Starting from intermediate level 2. *Intermediate 1 -level classes 25024 and 25025 include a pointe section that can be done on half-toes if desired. **Intermediate 3 – Advanced -level classes 25039 and 25040 do not include pointe section between 2.6.–26.6.

Exceptions in class schedule | No classes on Midsummer Eve, Fri 20.6. The classes are replaced on Sat 14.6. in KAMP1 as follows: 25030 Beginners 2: 10.00–11.00; 25035 Intermediate 2: 11.00–12.30; 25038 Intermediate 3: 12.30–14.00.
