These classes focus on the natural flow of movement and holistic use of the body. In a supportive environment, participants explore grounded movement, body weight, and the fluidity characteristic of contemporary dance. Training draws on various modern dance styles and includes technical exercises and body awareness work.

Sessions may also involve creative elements such as improvisation and guided exploration to support self-expression through movement. Suitable for all adults—both with and without prior dance experience.

What to wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing; barefoot or socks.
