Through barre work the classes work on the basic movements of ballet, the correct position of the body, turn out, strength and flexibility. Also rhythm, musicality and expressional skills are in focus.

Choosing level | In the summer season, register for the same level as in the year 2025–26, unless you are instructed otherwise by your teacher. However, students who have danced at the Beginners 1 level in 2025–26 will enroll in the Beginners 2 level in the summer season. See further instructions here.
Pointe technique | Starting from intermediate level 2. *Intermediate 1 -level classes 26025 and 26026 include a pointe section that can be done on half-toes if desired. **Intermediate 3 – Advanced -level classes 26040 and 26041 do not include pointe section between 1.6.–30.6.
Exceptions in class schedule | No classes on Midsummer Eve, Fri 19.6. The classes are replaced on Sat 13.6. in KAMP1 as follows: 26031 Beginners 2: 10.00–11.00; 26036 Intermediate 2: 11.00–12.30; 26039 Intermediate 3: 12.30–14.00.
