Tap dance

Tap dance developed alongside jazz music as a fusion of African and European dance traditions. The style has always evolved with the music of its time while preserving traditional tap technique. Each week, a new dance combination is taught. The course is also suitable for those with prior tap experience who wish to refine their technique. The teacher provides additional challenges for more advanced students. In class, we dance to jazz, musical theatre, and contemporary music.
