Show dance | 9-12 y.

This summer camp, held in central Kamppi, is the perfect way to kick off the summer holiday. During the five-day show dance camp, participants will develop both technical skills and performance abilities. Technique classes focus on versatile dance technique, body control, and expression. In the choreography class, students will create a piece to be performed in the November EK performance. Movement material from the technique classes will also be incorporated into the performance choreography.

The camp additionally includes two rehearsal sessions in the autumn prior to the November performance.

Who is the camp for?

The camp is intended for intermediate-level show dance students aged 9–12.
