At these classes we focus on peaceful Yin yoga. The exercises are done gently while always listening to and respecting your own body. The course is suitable for everyone, regardless of your background, physical condition, skill level or flexibility. You can attend this course from home or in the studio!
Bring a drink bottle, comfortable clothes, your own yoga mat and a towel to the class. If your participating from home, you can collect a stack of pillows, blankets, towels and thick books around the mat and use them in the routine.
