Balancing Movement class techniques enhance muscular elasticity, suppleness, and relaxation. The exercises help prevent and correct imbalances in muscle function, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and support optimal, efficient movement.
The class consists of progressive exercises focusing on mobility, muscular balance, and neuromuscular activation. Techniques are drawn from yoga, Pilates, Alexander technique, Ido Portal’s loaded stretching, and Eastern bodywork traditions.
The focus is on functionality, control, and balance. Mobility is trained through active loading, aiming to increase muscle resting length and controlled range of motion.
Suitable for all levels.
Clothing: Comfortable clothing, barefoot or socks.
