Barre

The Barre intensive courses are divided into two parts: Barre & Stretch and Barre & Jumps. You may participate in both or just one week. Both courses are designed to allow adequate recovery time from barre training. Each week includes three more challenging sessions and two more restorative sessions.

Barre & Stretch
The final 20–30 minutes of each class (depending on the day) focus on flexibility-enhancing stretches and mobility exercises. This course aims to develop both strength and length in the muscles. You will head into summer feeling upright, flexible, and refreshed.

Barre & Jumps
This course focuses on developing jump strength to support airy and beautiful jumps in dance training. It also strengthens the bones. The goal is to improve balance, muscle elasticity, and power production. Suitable for dancers of all levels who wish to gain more strength, lighter jumps, and stronger bones. Jump into summer!

Equipment: Flexible clothing and socks, bare feet, ballet slippers, or dance socks.
