Floor barre

Floor barre based on classical ballet develops fluidity of movement and particularly refines leg technique and core control. The course is suitable for both experienced dancers and beginners. The exercises, performed mainly at floor level, strengthen, stretch, and increase overall mobility. Please bring your own yoga/exercise mat.
