Iyengar yoga

The four-day courses introduce the internationally respected physical and mind-calming yoga method developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. Iyengar Yoga is a systematic, precise, and versatile approach in which the body is progressively built to become stronger and more mobile, step by step.

Classes take into account the body’s individual challenges and possibilities. With correct technique, you may experience moments of insight—or even surpass yourself. Through regular and focused practice, you will increase your body awareness. The method can also support your performance in other physical activities. On the final day of each course, we focus on restorative asanas using a variety of props. The studio is equipped with all necessary equipment. The method works—come and experience it!
