A dance style that improves dancer’s body control and coordination. During the class we practice elements of basic acrobatics such as handstands, cartwheels, couple’s acrobatics and both balance and off-balance exercises. The aim is to learn to use these elements for our advantage in different dance styles as well as vary and combine acrobatics fluently with motion sequences and improvisation.
