A calmly progressing dance class, working on the movement language and technique characteristic of contemporary dance, as well as doing improvisation exercises and choreographed dance sequences. The classes also include exercises that strengthen and maintain muscle condition and elasticity.
The contents of the lessons are flexibly adjusted together with the group, discussing them to be just right for the 50+ students.
The class is suitable for people aged 50+ who have danced before. Others who wish for a calmer dance lesson are also welcome.
