Body conditioning classes take care of both the body and the mind! Classes include a variety of warm-up and strengthening movements as well as traditional stretches to care for, strengthen and stretch the body. The exercises are mostly calm, but the class still gives you an active feel.
The class is also great as a make-up class, regardless of sport or level.
Equipment: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, bare feet or socks.
