Yoga improves concentration and increases body awareness and thus self-confidence. We will learn about asanas and asana combinations that affect the nervous system in different ways. We will move the body in a variety of ways, bringing agility, balance, body control and mobility to the body.

From 16 years old, classes are joint with adults.

Equipment: Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, bare feet or socks.
