Pilates

A body conditioning technique that strengthens the deep support muscles. A good core ensures a correct posture. Pilates is suitable for everybody regardless of age or experience in dance. It is also a very good way for dancers to condition their body. Breathing, coordination, balance, timing, focus and the quality of movement are the essential elements of Pilates.
