Dancehall queen style

Dance hall queen style is a dance style for women with a lot of acrobatic and sexy movements. It is also a competitive style and there have been competitions in Finland also. The classes consist of a warm-up, technical exercises, strengthening exercises, easy acrobatical exercises, choreography and stretching. The class is suited for those, who know the basics of dance hall.
