Pilates is a body control method that strengthens deep core muscles, increases mobility and develops balance. The core of the training is the deep core muscles of the core, controlled breathing and ergonomic use of the body. The movements are done calmly and precisely, focusing on the alignment of the positions and the quality of the movement.
Pilates strengthens the entire body from the inside out. It supports other exercises particularly well and serves as an excellent additional training for dancers, athletes or those who have sedentary jobs.
Equipment: Flexible, comfortable clothing. You can bring your own exercise mat if you wish.
